User is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported(Solved)

When you install Ubuntu, it will ask you to set username and password and that will be your administrator. But after entering Ubuntu in the network, When you start with any network user it will show you the error "User is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported." This error can be easily solved. Just follow the following steps:
1. When you are installing Ubuntu, It will ask you about the partition.
2. You have to do is just make 4 partitions namely:
         1. / partition
         2. /boot partition
         3. /username partition
         4. Swap partition
The /username partition will be in the name of your network administrator. That will do the work. After that if u login in ubuntu with any user it will not show the error User is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported."
